OUTDOOR TRAINING

My team and I have previously taken training outside. A fun, challenging and completely different way of training- especially on a sunny day! We have equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, glute bands and much more to keep both our minds and bodies fit and working hard in new environments.

Whether training alone or training as part of our team, no matter your fitness level- you too can get involved and work towards your goals, whatever they may be!
