Through combined knowledge and experience, I am able to offer bespoke body composition services that can completely change how you look. This could involve a range of things such as, tailored pt sessions, tailored programmes tailored nutrition and group training with the rest of the team.
CALISTHENICS/GYMNASTIC BASED TRAINING
Become Strong and Skilled
Due to my background of gymnastics/competitive cheerleading I have an extensive knowledge of how to teach you new skills that are outside of the traditional gym based exercise. If you want to learn a headstand/ a handstand/ backward walkover, front walkover to keep fit and learn something new. Then this is the service that will get you there.


FLEXIBILITY/MOBILITY
Make Daily Life Easier/Learn Something New
Flexibility is key to a lot of movements and if you have poor flexibility it can make daily life a struggle, such as bending down to tie your shoe or trying to pick your child up. Flexibilty/Mobility Training is for you if you want to enjoy the movement of your body more freely or learn a new flexiblity skill such as the splits.
